Product Support

EMA Softech provides technical support for all of its online software products at no charge.  If you are experiencing any technical difficulty please contact our technical support group with your issue and we will respond within one business day.

Software Application Training

EMA Softech online software features wizards to help you at each step of using an application.  In addition, if you need specific assistance while using the application simply click on the "page help" link and a dialog box will appear with appropriate instructions and tips.  

Product / Service Webinars

EMA Softech provides regularly scheduled webinars to provide potential customers an overview of each product or service.  See our "Upcoming Events" web page for the schedule. These webinars last about 30 minutes and in addition to providing a high level application overview, walk through the specific application being discussed to show attendees its ease of use and basic functionality.  Webinars focused on EMA Softech Research and Consulting Services also provide an overview of each service and examples of the information and reports that are included with each service.  Attendees may ask questions at specific junctures of the presentation. 

If you are interested to participating in one of our webinars please check the "schedule a webinar" box on the contact us page and indicate which product or service you are interested in along with a preferred schedule day and time inside the comments box. We will contact you by email with confirmation of a scheduled date and time for your webinar participation.

One-on-one Training

Should you be interested in a personalized one hour, one-on-one training session via webinar for one of our online applications, please contact an EMA Softech sales representative for pricing and scheduling. In your request please indicate which software application training you are interested in by noting it in the "comments" box of the Contact Us form.  A sales representative will contact you via email with the information you requested.
